Courses on this path focus on knowledge acquisition and real-world implementation. Topics include fundamental technical concepts related to services and solutions, security-oriented services, developing on AWS, and an introduction to DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines.

Who should attend
Learners in this target group are high-skilled employees and experts fulfilling cloud developer and related roles at small and medium enterprises. Learners have significant work experience, however may not have completed a professional certification.
Course Objectives
Upon completing this pathway, learners should be able to:
- Describe fundamentals of Cloud Computing platforms (AWS)
- Explain the core services provided by AWS
- Evaluate and select the most suitable core AWS services, given a use case
- Write code for cloud-based applications and services (using programming languages like Java, Python, or C#)
- Integrate DevOps tools and practices such as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), automated testing, and infrastructure as code
- Implement security measures to protect the cloud-based applications and services (such as data encryption, access control, network security, and compliance)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and quickly resolve technical problems related to cloud infrastructure and applications
- Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Describe the benefits of Serverless Architecture
